Usage
Armor
They give 3 armor with 350 durability and 2 blocks of safe fall distance, twice what leather gives. Projectile Protection III comes on the item as an ordinary enchantment.
Repairing
They can be repaired in an anvil with tattered leather. The pack resets repair costs to zero, so they can be repaired indefinitely; see Repairing.
