Usage
Armor
They give 6 armor and 2 toughness, with 800 durability instead of vanilla's 363 to 528. Every diamond piece gets the same durability. Diamond armor has the same armor values as electrum and adamant; the alloys add toughness, durability and intrinsics.
Repairing
They can be repaired in an anvil with diamonds. The pack resets repair costs to zero, so they can be repaired indefinitely; see Repairing.
Smelting and smithing
They melt down into one diamond in a blast furnace and are the base for the electrum and adamant upgrades.
