Shepherd's shears are shears with Looting III, sold by the shepherd. With 3000 durability they last as long as steel shears, and they are repaired with blocks of copper.

Usage
They have 3000 durability and are repaired in an anvil with blocks of copper, as their tooltip says.[2] Looting works on shears in Matcha Flavoured: each Looting level adds up to 3 extra wool per stack when shearing sheep. See Shears.
