Defined infortune.json

Fortune is an enchantment for mining tools that increases block drops. In Matcha Flavoured its maximum level is I; higher Fortune comes only from electrum tools, whose intrinsic works as Fortune up to level III.

Obtaining

  • The Prayer of Midas, a crafted blessing, stores Fortune I with Looting III.
  • Random enchanted books and trial chamber vaults. Because the maximum level is I, no book can hold more.

Behavior

Fortune works as vanilla Fortune I. Its maximum level is lowered from III to I, so it cannot be raised by combining books in an anvil.[1] The pack adds the electrum tool intrinsic to the same exclusive set as Fortune and Silk Touch, so a tool can have only one of the three.[2] The pack's block loot tables check for both Fortune and the electrum intrinsic.

Fortune has no effect on spawners: each gives exactly one Divine Fragment.

Its anvil cost multiplier is 1, down from 4.
