The Prayer of Prometheus is a blessing, a crafted enchanted book that stores Unbreaking II. It is crafted from a Divine Fragment, three diamonds and four Estus Ash, and is the cheapest craftable source of Unbreaking.

The book in the center must be a Hell-Bound Book.[1] The crafted item is named "Blessing", with "Prayer of Prometheus" as a dark gray lore line.

Usage

The Prayer of Prometheus is applied to equipment in an anvil, like an enchanted book. Unbreaking applies to any item with durability. The Prayer of Daedalus gives Unbreaking III, but costs a full Divine Favor.

Trivia

  • Prometheus is the Titan who stole fire for humanity and was punished by the gods. The developer's video names the unbreaking book as a reason the player needs divine fragments.[4]
