The book in the center must be a Hell-Bound Book.[1] The crafted item is named "Blessing", with "Prayer of Artemis" as a dark gray lore line.

Usage

The Prayer of Artemis is applied to equipment in an anvil, like an enchanted book. Power applies to bows and Multishot to crossbows. Power II is also available from the Prayer of Exodus Ofuda.
