| Name | Ingredients | Recipe |
|---|---|---|
| Prayer of Will | 4 × Stable Void + Hell-Bound Book |
The book in the center must be a Hell-Bound Book.[1] The crafted item is named "Blessing", with "Prayer of Will" as a dark gray lore line.
Usage
The Prayer of Will is applied to equipment in an anvil, like an enchanted book. Reach applies to chestplates and adds 2 blocks of block interaction range. Level I is the only level any source gives, although the enchantment goes up to III by combining books in an anvil.
The book stores Reach I directly, so applying it to a chestplate with Reach III in an anvil follows the normal combining rules and does not go above the enchantment's maximum.[2]
History
| 0.5-alpha | Texture added.[3] |
|---|---|
| 1.12.2 | Reach moved to the matcha namespace, but the prayer still gave the old main:reach, which turns into Reach when the chestplate is worn.
|
| 1.12.3 | The book stores matcha:reach directly.[4]
