The book in the center must be a Hell-Bound Book. The crafted item is named "Blessing", with "Prayer of Will" as a dark gray lore line.

Usage

The Prayer of Will is applied to equipment in an anvil, like an enchanted book. Reach applies to chestplates and adds 2 blocks of block interaction range. Level I is the only level any source gives, although the enchantment goes up to III.
