Usage

The Prayer of Glaucus is applied to equipment in an anvil, like an enchanted book. Luck of the Sea and Lure apply to fishing rods at their vanilla maximum of III; Loyalty applies to tridents. See Fishing for how the pack's fishing uses luck.
