Reach is an enchantment added by Matcha Flavoured that lets the wearer place and break blocks from farther away.

Obtaining

The Prayer of Will, crafted from a Hell-Bound Book and four Stable Voids, stores Reach I. No source gives a higher level.

Behavior

A chestplate with Reach adds 2 blocks per level to the wearer's block interaction range (the block_interaction_range attribute), so Reach I raises it from the default 4.5 to 6.5 blocks. It does not change the range for attacking entities.

Its anvil cost multiplier is 0.

History

1.12.2	Moved from the main to the matcha namespace. Chestplates with the old enchantment are converted when worn.
