An ofuda is a special enchanted book sold by the Mouthpiece in exchange for a sacred text and a Crystal Heart (two for the Prayer of Belial). There are five ofuda, one for each sacred text, and each carries a fixed set of enchantments that is applied in an anvil like an enchanted book. Ofuda are one of the few ways to get enchantments such as Protection, Sharpness and Mending, which the pack otherwise makes rare.[1]

The prayer's name appears in dark gray under the item name, the same way as on a blessing.
Usage
An ofuda is used in an anvil like an enchanted book, adding all of its enchantments to the item where they are compatible. Ofuda do not stack, so only one is used at a time.
