Seitan is a meat substitute made from dough. It can't be eaten, but it can replace meat in chicken nuggets, lumpia and every stock that uses meat or fish, so that every oven meal has a vegetarian version.[1]

Dough, a water bottle (any potion is accepted) and a carrot, potato or dried kelp make 1 seitan; the glass bottle is given back. Picking up dough unlocks the recipe.

Trivia

  • The changelog explains seitan was added "since I can't add soybeans".[2]
  • The advancement for paneer makhani reminds the player that "All Foods have viable Vegetarian Options".
