A baked potato is a cooked potato. It heals 5 (
× 2.5), more than any other ordinary simple preparation, and has no effect.[1]

Potatoes cook into baked potatoes in an oven or on kindling in 5 seconds. The vanilla smelting, smoking and campfire recipes are replaced. In a mud kiln, a potato becomes a charred potato instead.
Chance is the probability that a single chest, mob or catch yields at least one, assuming no Looting, Luck or Fortune.

Usage
Food
Eating a baked potato takes 1.6 seconds and heals 5 (
× 2.5).
Obtaining a baked potato unlocks pickled potatoes, latkes and fish and chips; it is also used in gnocchi.
