An enchanted golden apple is a rare food item found only in chests. It is the stronger form of the golden apple: it heals 4 ( × 2) and grants Absorption IV for 2 minutes, Regeneration II for 30 seconds, and Fire Resistance and Resistance for 5 minutes each.[1]

It can't be crafted. These chests give the pack's version through the loot table matcha:food/minecraft/enchanted_golden_apple.[2] The ominous vaults of trial chambers, which can give one in vanilla, don't in the pack.[3]
Usage
Food
Like the pack's other foods it has no food component, so it can be eaten at any time and restores no hunger. Its tooltip lists the hearts it heals, the Absorption hearts and the three effects. The healing comes from a short hidden Regeneration III, as for every food in the pack (see Food).[4]
