Apple cinnamon oatmeal is a breakfast bowl that heals 10 ( × 5) and grants  Speed for 10 minutes and  Regeneration for 2 minutes.[1]

A honey bottle, a milk bottle, estus ash, a raw apple, 2 wheat grain and a bowl. Picking up a bowl unlocks the recipe. The honey bottle's glass bottle is left in the crafting grid, as in vanilla. Crafting it gives back the milk bottle's glass bottle.[2]

Usage

Food

Eating it takes 1.8 seconds, heals 10 ( × 5) and gives Speed I (+20%) for 10:00 and Regeneration I for 2:00. The bowl is given back.

Trading

It is one of the foods a villager can ask for as its favorite food.

History

1.12.1-alpha Added apple cinnamon oatmeal, suggested by Bingbongbooper.
1.12.3 Crafting apple cinnamon oatmeal returns the milk bottle's glass bottle. In 1.12.2 the advancement behind this still used an old recipe ID, so the bottle was lost.[3]
1.12.3 Villagers can pick it as their favorite food and buy it once for 1 obol.
