This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Lily Pad, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.
A lily pad is a flat plant that floats on water and can be walked on. It works as in vanilla Minecraft; Matcha Flavoured lets it be cloned like a flower and gives it new textures.

One lily pad, a water bottle and a piece of bone meal make 4 lily pads, and the empty bottle is given back.[1][2] The recipe unlocks when the player picks up bone meal.[3]
Fishing
Lily pads are part of the fishing junk pool and have an entry in the Angler's Almanac.[4] They are the most common junk item, at 17 of the junk table's weight.[5]
Natural generation
Lily pads generate in swamps as in vanilla.
Appearance
A placed lily pad randomly uses one of four models, and the item has its own texture.[6]
