This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Pointed Dripstone, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.

A speleothem is a pointed cave formation that hangs from ceilings and rises from floors. It is the vanilla pointed dripstone under a new name; the full block it grows from is renamed flowstone. It behaves exactly as in vanilla Minecraft: it deals extra fall damage to anything that lands on it, falls when the block above it is broken, and drips lava or water into a cauldron placed below it.
Obtaining
Natural generation
Speleothems generate in dripstone caves and grow from flowstone that has water above it, as in vanilla.
Trading
The Engineer's master-level Geothermal Bundle contains 4 speleothems, along with flowstone, lava buckets, cauldrons and glass for building a lava farm.[1] See Flowstone#Trading.
