Fishing treasure

Fishing treasure is the most valuable category of fishing loot. It can only be caught when the bobber is in open water. Its weight is 5 with quality +2, so the chance per catch is 5% with no luck and 11.34% with Luck of the Sea III in a biome with fish.

Several entries have a quality, so Luck of the Sea shifts the odds toward chests and Crystal Hearts.

• The fishing rod is enchanted as if at level 30 and has 0–25% of its durability used up.
• The book is enchanted at level 30, giving a Hell-Bound Book.
• The goat horn can be any of the regular goat horn sounds.
• The chest is a chest item that holds a buried treasure loot table. When placed, it contains 2–4 raw diamonds (more with luck), 2 rolls of treasure ores (raw copper, raw gold, lapis lazuli, raw iron or raw diamonds in large stacks), a 1 in 6 chance of 2 coast armor trim templates, a chance of copper, iron, gold or diamond nautilus armor, and a 2 in 3 chance of a sacred text (Paradise Lost or The Divine Comedy).

The developer made treasure rarer in 1.10 so that players who don't enjoy fishing don't feel pushed into it for loot.
