This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Abandoned Camp, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.
This page describes content in development for the 26.3 portthat is not in a released version of Matcha Flavoured yet: it is on the repository's main branch or in its in-development changelog.md. It may change before release.

An abandoned camp is a small structure of tents and trees that generates in forests and other wooded biomes. The structure comes from Minecraft 26.3, so it is not in 1.12.5, which is for 26.2. It was in the 1.12.3 alpha for 26.3, and is in the 26.3 port that continues it, where Matcha Flavoured replaces the loot of its two kinds of chest and its barrels, and puts the explorer maps that lead to other camps and to buried structures in them.

Generation

There is one variant of the camp for each of 18 biomes: bamboo jungle, birch forest, cherry grove, dappled forest, flower forest, forest, meadow, old growth pine taiga, old growth birch forest, old growth spruce taiga, pale garden, savanna, snowy taiga, sparse jungle, swamp, taiga, windswept forest and wooded badlands. Camps are placed with a spacing of 37 chunks and a separation of 8, and each variant has the same weight.

Loot

The pack replaces all three of the camp's loot tables.

Common chests

Common chests give travelers' odds and ends (arrows, bones, cobwebs, gunpowder, leather, a lead, a saddle, a compass, a bow, a bucket, a spyglass), sometimes a piece of copper equipment, and one map to a camp in a different biome than the chest's own. A camp in the swamp never holds a swamp camp map; the map choices are the bamboo jungle, cherry grove, birch forest, dappled forest, flower forest, pale garden, swamp and windswept forest camps.[1]

Secret chests

Secret chests give raw diamonds, some food (pickled carrots, canned apples or mead), raw copper, gold and iron, sometimes iron armor, and one map to another structure: an ancient city, trial chambers, a mineshaft, a desert pyramid, a jungle pyramid, warm ocean ruins or a woodland mansion.[2]

Barrels

Barrels hold kitchen and bedding supplies, such as bread, bowls, coal, leather and wheat seeds, white cushions, and straw beds, and one of a bundle, a wooden axe or a fishing rod.[3]

History

Upcoming Abandoned camps arrive with the port to Minecraft 26.3 (first in the 1.12.3 alpha for 26.3). The pack gives their chests and barrels its own loot tables, with camp maps and buried structure maps.
