Music

This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Music, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.

Music in Matcha Flavoured consists of vanilla background music, one new background track, and several music discs by community musicians.

Background music

The resource pack replaces the sound event music.overworld.forest with the track "Abbey" by Vee Vaicekauskas, at 40% volume.[1] Vanilla uses this sound event in the Forest, Birch Forest, Old Growth Birch Forest and Dark Forest, so "Abbey" replaces the vanilla music in these biomes, which are also where Abbeys generate. The same track is available as an (unobtainable) music disc.

All other background music is vanilla.

While a player is inside an abandoned village, all music is stopped for them every tick. See Abandoned village#The inhabited house.
