This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Paintings, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.

Paintings work as in vanilla Minecraft. Matcha Flavoured adds no new paintings, but its resource pack changes two textures.

Changes

  • The back of every painting is retextured with a darker wooden frame, which the release notes call spruce.[1][2]
  • Kristoffer Zetterstrand's Match painting has a darker, less saturated frame. The picture inside the frame is unchanged.[3][4]
This section describes planned features from the developer's notes (changelog.md). None of it is in the game yet, and it may never be.

The in-development changelog lists "New paintings (with hints!)" among community suggestions for later updates.[5]

History

0.6-alpha Painting frames made spruce-colored. The frame of Match made darker and less saturated.
