A silverfish in Matcha Flavoured is much weaker than in vanilla Minecraft, with 1 heart of health on Easy and Normal and 2 on Hard.

Spawning

Silverfish spawn from infested blocks and stronghold spawners, as in vanilla. Like other non-undead mobs, a silverfish that appears in the Overworld where it can see the sky is removed.
