Topaz earrings are jewelry that speed up mining. Worn in the head slot, they give permanent Haste II. They are the most expensive jewelry the Jeweler sells.

Trading
The Jeweler sells topaz earrings at Expert level for 14 Obols and one Topaz. The trade can be used 999 times.[1]
Usage
Effect
While worn by a player, topaz earrings give Haste II, reapplied every tick for 1 second with no particles.[2] Haste II increases mining speed by 40% and attack speed by 20%, as in vanilla.
Armor
Topaz earrings are worn in the head slot and take the place of a helmet. They give 1 armor point and no armor toughness or knockback resistance. Like all jewelry, they are unbreakable and, being built on a netherite helmet, don't burn in fire or lava. See Jewelry.
