Mason

This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Mason, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.

The Mason is a villager profession that sells building stone as bulk blocks. Its job site block is the Stonecutter. Every mason trade gives bulk blocks, each of which unpacks into 64 blocks, so one Obol buys between 64 and 384 blocks. It buys nothing.

A bulk block is used like food, instantly: using it replaces it with 64 of its block, which go straight into the inventory. See Bulk blocks for details.

Like every villager, a mason that has been traded with also buys its favorite food once.

History

1.12.1-alpha	Cinnabar added to the mason's trades.
1.12.2	All mason trades are bulk blocks, which unpack directly into the inventory and have their own models. Added Bulk Dirt.

Issues

• Six of the bulk blocks (terracotta, malachite, cinnabar, blackstone, smooth basalt and smooth quartz) have no entry in the language file, so in game their name and tooltip show as raw keys such as item.kleispack.trade.bulk_terracotta.

Trivia

• The data pack contains an unused Expert trade file, mason/4/quartz_emerald, which is a discarded placeholder and is not in the Expert trade list.
