This is the Matcha Flavoured version of Butcher, renamed or changed from vanilla Minecraft.

The Cook is a villager profession that sells prepared food, Cooking Recipes and the Cleaver. It replaces the butcher, and its job site block is the Mud Kiln (the renamed smoker). Unlike the vanilla butcher, it buys no meat.

All trades can be used 999 times before restocking, and each level offers all of its trades.

• At each of the first three levels the cook sells one food and the Cooking Recipe for that food: Sweet Berry Toast at Novice, Warped Stroganoff at Apprentice and Chorus Mochi at Journeyman. A cooking recipe unlocks the crafting recipe for its food as soon as it is in the player's inventory.
• At Expert level the cook sells a Cleaver enchanted with Slaughter and Looting II. Trading is the only way to obtain a cleaver.
• The cook has no Master trades.

Like every villager, a cook that has been traded with also buys its favorite food once.

1.12.1-alpha	The cleaver (butcher's knife) can no longer be made by smithing.

Trivia

• The cleaver's internal name is butcher_knife, after the vanilla profession it replaces.
• Internally the profession is still minecraft:butcher; only its displayed name changes.
