A rose is a decorative flower item. It comes in two colors, the red rose and the cyan rose. Both exist only in the resource pack: they have their own item models, textures and names, but the datapack has no recipe, loot table or trade that gives them, so in survival they can only be obtained with commands.
Obtaining
The roses are defined as item models matcha:rose_classic and matcha:cyan_rose_classic.[1][2] Any item given that model shows as a rose, and the pack's language file names them "Rose" and "Cyan Rose" (item.kleispack.rose_classic and item.kleispack.cyan_rose_classic).[3] No part of the datapack references either model.
Usage
Roses are purely decorative. In the inventory and in the hand they look like a flat flower icon. Placed in an item frame, a rose switches to a crossed-plane model, so it stands in the frame like a planted flower instead of lying flat.[4]
Cyan Rose
The cyan rose is the same item in cyan, with its own texture and item-frame model.[5]
